Att. Nuran KARAHAN

With over 15 years of experience in the field, Nuran Karahan is the head of our Litigation Department. She graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2003. During her undergraduate education, she received various trainings especially in the fields of international law, enforcement and bankruptcy Law, criminal law and commercial Law. She completed her master’s degree in Public Law at Ondokuz Mayıs University. Nuran served as a judge in civil courts in Turkey for ten years and has been practicing as an attorney for about six years now. Her previous experience includes legal consultancy to companies on commercial law, enforcement and bankruptcy law as well as arbitration. Nuran advises clients in a wide array of topics from different sectors in their litigation related needs.

Att. Pınar ONUR

Pınar Onur graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, and leads the firms insurance law department. With over 25 years of experience in the field, Pınar Onur specializes in insurance law and all related matters.

Att. Dilara ESEN

Dilara Esen graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law in 2020. During her studies Dilara concentrated on GDPR and human rights work. Dilara is the Head of our Labor Law & Contracts Department, working primarily on labor law related issues for companies as well as corporate contracts and on general legal consultancy for companies.

Elif CARAN

After completing her undergraduate education, Elif Caran graduated from the School of Justice in 2007. Since then, she has worked as a finance manager in variouss leading legal offices in Turkey. Since 2016, she has been leading the Finance and Enforcement & Foreclosure Department of our firm.

Att.Zeynep BATMANSUYU

Zeynep Batmansuyu graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2021. In 2019 she joined the AIESEC as a Global Volunteer and participated to Sustainable Goal-Gender Equality Project in Seoul, South Korea. During her studies Zeynep focused on human rights law and right to know law. Zeynep is now working on corporate contracts, general legal consultancy and labor law related issues for companies

Att.Büşra KARADAĞ

Büşra Karadağ completed her legal education at North Macedonia, in the International Vision University and graduated with honors in 2018. During her undergraduate education, she received various trainings in the fields of international law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, criminal law and commercial law. In January 2022, she started her legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association. As of August 2022, she joined the Neziroğlu Law Firm team.

Buket Akdoğan

Buket Akdoğan graduated from Özyeğin University Faculty of Law in 2020. She specialized in Contracts Law, International Contracts and Corporate Law. In 2021, she joined the Istanbul Bar Association and obtained her Trademark Attorney certificate in 2023.
