Ege ÖZYEĞİN, J.D. Esq.

Ege Özyeğin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) with Magna Cum Laude Honors in 2015 with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. She later attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York and graduated in 2018 with a Juris Doctor degree where she specialized in International & Comparative Law.
Ege is admitted to the New York State Bar in the United States and is also a member of the Istanbul Bar in Turkey, making her qualified to attend matters in both jurisdictions.

Ege is the Head of our International Commercial & Corporate Law Department, working primarily with international companies in entering the Turkish market and Turkish companies in establishing operations in the UK and the US. As a result of her international experience, she specializes in commercial and corporate cross-border transactions.

Her previous overseas experience in leading global law firms includes work in international commercial and corporate law & art law, as well as strategic advisory work for businesses in New York & London.
